Booking: A deposit is not required to guarantee a booking. However, we do require valid credit card details and billing address together with a mobile telephone number. This information is kept secure, but not stored electronically, nor passed onto third parties. Check-in: Between 3.00pm and 7.00pm. Please give us prior notice to vary these times. Check-out: 10.00am on day of departure, unless agreed otherwise. Cancellation policy: We reserve the right to make a charge in the event of cancellation, or non-arrival. Reservation(s) cancelled within 7 days of arrival or non-arrival will be charged for in full, unless the accomodation is re-let to another guest. Cancellation(s) before 7 days incur a one night charge. If all or part of a stay is cancelled after arrival, then the full cost of the booking is payable. | |
