Follow the M5 South, pick up the A38 to Plymouth. Follow the signs for Tavistock (A386). Turn left (1st exit) at Yelverton roundabout. Travel along A386 and after a mile turn right into Horrabridge village centre. Cross the medieval stone bridge and turn 1st left. The Leaping Salmon Inn will be on your right. At the White Chapel House (250 yards) turn right. The Old School House is 50 yards up on the left.

Alternatively, take the M5 South and pick up the A30 to Oakhampton. Stay on the A30 to Oakhampton and take A386 to Tavistock. In Tavistock cross 2 small roundabouts and take the Whitchurch Road. Follow this road until you reach Horrabridge (3.5 miles). After the road restriction, travel for 300 yards and turn left at the White Chapel House. The Old School House is 50 yards up on the left.

Newquay and Exeter airports are less than an hour’s drive. Bristol is about a 2hr drive.
Terms of Business


Booking:
A deposit is not normally required to secure a booking, but we reserve the right to do so in certain circumstances. We do require valid credit card details and billing address together with a mobile telephone number. This information is kept secure, but not stored electronically, nor passed onto third parties.

Check-in:
5.00pm until 7.30pm. Please call us to vary these times – we try to accommodate requests!

Check-out:
10.00 am. Later check-outs are charged at £25 extra up to midday.

Cancellation policy:
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made. If the booking is cancelled less than 3 days before arrival then a charge equal to 100% of the stay will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) no refund will be given.

Damage/breakages: Must be reported immediately. Full replacement costs will be charged for unless otherwise agreed.
